• Membership or listing fees

• Digital services, documentation, or certificates once issued

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate payments made in error
• Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges
• Services not delivered due to an error solely attributable to CPD Certification UK

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting Administrative Charges.

3. No Refund After Review Commencement

Once an application, accreditation review, assessment, or evaluation process has commenced, no refund will be issued, regardless of the outcome of the review.

If an applicant chooses to withdraw their application after submission, no refund will be provided, as resources and administrative effort are allocated immediately upon receipt.
